St.Mathias Parish – Widikum

Among the gigantic old palm trees that are a characteristic feature of Widikum sub division, lies the small town of Widikum with a population of some ten thousand inhabitants. From almost every corner of the town’s business center, one can see the Catholic Church standing some 100 meters behind its primary school, St. Mathias Catholic School. Widikum falls under The Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Bamenda, which is the Metropolitan See of the Archdiocese of the Ecclesiastical Province of Bamenda.
